Parliament Speaker Yahya al-Rai' on Thursday sent a cable of congratulations to Speaker of the House of Representatives of Indonesia Puan Maharani.
In the cable, al-Rai' congratulated Maharani and the Indonesian people on the occasion of Independence Day.
