Parliament Speaker, Yahya Ali Al-Ra'i, sent a cable of congratulations to Speaker of the Lebanese Parliament, Nabih Berri, on the occasion of the brotherly Lebanese people’s celebrations of the 17th anniversary of the victory in the July War.

In the telegram, the Parliament Speaker praised what the Lebanese people achieved and their courageous resistance from the victory of 2006 AD, in the face of the occupying Zionists.
