The "National Press Association" condemned on Saturday the crime of closing and confiscating free Yemeni media platforms, which revealed the falsehood of the slogans of freedom and human rights raised by the West and the Americans.
In a statement received by the Yemeni News Agency (Saba), the Association called on all free Arab and international media to condemn the crime and show solidarity with the free Yemeni media channels.
The Association expressed its strong condemnation of the repressive measures taken by "YouTube" towards a number of patriotic Yemeni channels that defend the rights, freedoms, and issues of the Yemeni people in the face of the brutal US-Saudi-Emirati aggression and siege for more than eight years.
It considered the closure of the channels of the resistant Yemeni media by those companies and Western media platforms as a confiscation of freedoms and silencing mouths, a flagrant violation of Yemeni human rights and basic freedoms, and an attempt to cover up the crimes and violations of the aggression against Yemen and prevent the voice of the oppressed Yemeni people from reaching the world.
The National Press Association renewed its firm stance in support of the issues, rights, and freedoms of the Yemeni people.
