Tripoli: The Minister of Transportation Mohammed Al-Shahoubi engaged in discussions with Dragan Todorovic, the Ambassador of the Republic of Serbia, focusing on the facilitation of visa procedures for Libyan citizens.According to Libyan News Agency, the meeting underscored the evolving relations between Libya and Serbia, which have strengthened following the visit by the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Government of National Unity to Serbia. This visit has opened new opportunities for cooperation with Serbian investors, enhancing bilateral ties.The Serbian Ambassador, Dragan Todorovic, confirmed the upcoming visit of the Serbian Minister of Trade to Libya, scheduled for the end of June 2026. The meeting also highlighted the intent to resume flights between Libya and Serbia. Discussions are underway with the Civil Aviation Authority to formulate an operational plan to support this initiative, aiming to bolster connectivity and facilitate travel between the two nations.
