A meeting chaired by the Minister of Public Health and Population, Dr. Taha Al-Mutawakel, discussed the mechanism for developing and modernizing the organizational structure of the ministry ,the tasks, specializations at the level of sectors and public administrations.

At the meeting, which was attended by the Deputy Minister of Health, Dr. Mutahar Al-Marouni, undersecretaries , directors of general and programs, and included the Organizational Structure Survey Committee of the Council of Ministers headed by the Secretary-General of the Council, Muhammad Al-Kibsi.

Minister Al-Mutawakel stressed the need to keep pace with the organizational structure of reality and its acceptance of the development in stages, in a way that ensures the absorption of variables , the requirements of work and contribution in the service of the citizen.

The Health Minister affirmed keenness to build the capabilities of human cadres, whether health or administrative, through qualification and continuous training to advance the health sector in the country.
