Libyan-Indonesian Talks Aim to Boost Trade Exchange

Tripoli: During his meeting yesterday in Tripoli with the Charg© d'Affaires of the Embassy of Indonesia to Libya, Didi Rafai, the Chairman of the General Authority for Exhibitions and Conferences discussed the possibility of opening new horizons for cooperation between the public and private sectors in both countries.

According to Libyan News Agency, the meeting focused on ways to strengthen bilateral cooperation in organizing exhibitions and economic events. The importance of holding joint exhibitions between Libya and Indonesia was emphasized as a means to support trade exchange.

The discussions also covered measures to overcome difficulties faced by Indonesian companies participating in events held in Tripoli, Misrata, Sabha, and Benghazi. Enhancing Indonesia's presence in the Libyan market was seen as a step towards supporting the economic partnership between the two sides.

Both parties affirmed their commitment to continuing coordination and joint efforts to serve the economic interests of the two friendly countries.
