Tripoli: The Chairman of the Libyan Investment Authority, Ali Mahmoud Hassan, engaged in discussions with the British Ambassador to Libya, Martin Reynolds, focusing on the Authority's investments in the United Kingdom.
According to Libyan News Agency, the meeting, which took place in Tripoli, also covered topics concerning the Authority's investments in oil projects that involve British participation. Both parties highlighted the need for ongoing bilateral coordination in implementing UN Security Council Resolution 2769 (2025).
The discussions also explored ways to support the resolution's application to enhance the protection of Libyan assets and maintain their market value, ensuring full compliance with related Security Council resolutions.
