According to Libyan News Agency, the Italian embassy communicated via a tweet on its official "X" platform account on Friday evening, reiterating Italy's robust backing for the elections. The embassy highlighted concerns over any actions that might hinder or obstruct the democratic process, particularly the use of violence, as these could jeopardize the Libyan people's ability to freely elect their local officials.
