A meeting held on Saturday in Hodieda province discussed issues related to Awqaf lands, real estate, and state property in the province, and the legal procedures required to complete them in courts and prosecution offices.
The meeting dealt with the status of Awqaf lands and state property in the province, the problems and challenges they face, and the efforts exerted to recover stolen lands.
In the presence of a number of specialists in the concerned offices, the meeting also reviewed ways to address disputed lands with citizens and the Awqaf and Land Authority in accordance with the organizing laws and regulations, as well as end all problems of stuck and troubled properties.
The attendees also emphasized their keenness to strengthen cooperation with the province's Awqaf office to restore endowment lands, free them from problems, and implement the regulations in force regarding any transgressions.
