Ghadames: The Ghadames Border Security Sector announced the apprehension of 33 illegal immigrants of various African nationalities who attempted to infiltrate the city of Ghadames.

According to Libyan News Agency, the Border Guard stated that it handed the immigrants over to the relevant authorities.

This operation comes within the framework of the ongoing efforts exerted by members of the sector to combat illegal immigration and enhance security and stability in the region. The authorities are focused on strengthening border controls to prevent further instances of illegal entry.
