A ceremony was held on Wednesday in Hodeida province to honor and bid farewell to Mohammed Qahim, the former governor, in recognition of his significant contributions and achievements during his tenure.The event, organized by the Province Executive Office, saw the participation of key figures including leaders from the executive, security, and judicial sectors.During the ceremony, First undersecretary of the province Ahmed al-Bishri, along with other officials, presented Qahim with the Shield of Loyalty and a Certificate of Appreciation.This recognition comes as Qahim transitions to his new role as Minister of Transport and Public Works in the Government of Change and Construction.In his address, Qahim expressed his heartfelt gratitude for the honor, urging the governorate's leaders to continue their dedicated efforts to meet the citizens' expectations for improved services and development.He emphasized the forthcoming phase will be marked by numerous successes, supported by a realistic and well-pre pared government program.Al-Bishri praised Qahim for his remarkable efforts and the substantial impact of his leadership in Hodeida, particularly during a challenging period in the country's history.He highlighted the collective achievements of the governorate, which included advancements in development and addressing damages caused by aggression.Source: Yemen News Agency
