The Minister of Defence, Major General Mohammed Nasser Al-Atifi, confirmed on Monday that Yemen's armed forces, supported by God and with the support and solidarity of the freemen of the Yemeni people, would free all occupied Yemeni territory from desecrating the invaders and their tools.
During today's visit to the affiliates of a number of units of the Fourth Military Region stationed in Maqbana, Al-Mokha, Al-Barh, Mawza’ and Jabal Habashy districts in Taiz Governorate: "No force will stand before us to liberate Yemen, the United States and the United Kingdom should not continue to push the countries of the Saudi-led aggression coalition to escalate, but should help them out of the barbaric, absurd war, unless the entire world is harmed. "
He added: "There are occupied territories in our territorial waters in the Red Sea, Gulf of Aden, the Arab Sea, the territorial waters adjacent to the Indian Ocean and Yemeni islands, but we will liberate them."
He continued: "We are not lovers of wars. We are in Yemen with peace, not surrender. If the aggression wants peace, it is welcome. If it wants to escalate, we will liberate Yemen with the barrel of the gun, artillery, missiles, drones and the legions of the organized Yemeni army backed by God and the people ".
The Minister of Defence noted that many countries around the world came with their fleets to Bab al-Mandeb and Yemen's territorial waters under the pretext of combating terrorism and piracy. Pointing out that those forces had come to secure the Zionist enemy, protect their interests, occupy Yemeni territory, plunder wealth and humiliate Yemenis in the occupied governorates.
He pointed out that the United States, the United Kingdom, France and other Western countries had misbehaved and damaged their interests by continuing their support for the Zionist enemy, which would damage those countries' interests in the region.
Major General Al-Atifi added"We say to the countries of the Aggression coalition located in our waters, islands and lands, you came to serve and support the Zionist entity and have no ties with it, but we have many historical things connect us with you. This entity only links you with normalization and shame. You must implement what has been agreed and the conditions set by Sana'a unless you lose."
He added: "If the aggression continues to escalate, the casualties will be enormous and the price unimaginable, and we have the military potential and capability to achieve great victories."
The Minister of Defence explained that the armed forces were ready and new weapons would be announced by the leadership in due course.
And he addressed the countries of aggression by saying: "If you want peace, then Yemen is the people of peace, and if you want war, then Yemen has its men, and the field is the one who will prove that, and you have known and experienced the men in the field."
He added, "The financial and media empire of the countries of the aggression coalition against Yemen, in addition to their rushing towards the Zionist enemy, has delayed the demise of this temporary entity, which should have been removed a long time ago."
The Minister continued: "There are plans by Western countries and the Zionist entity known by the Coalition of Aggression states that aim to tear and divide the Arab States. As they started with Iraq, Syria, Yemen, Libya and the role is coming and will reach Saudi Arabia and the rest of the Gulf countries."
He also addressed the countries of aggression, saying: "Yemen remaining strong and unified will be in your favor and guarantee your survival. The conspiracy against Yemen will reflect negatively on you, and you will only reap from it losses."
He commended the steadfastness of those stationed on frontlines and their victories as they defended the Yemeni people.
The Minister of Defence concluded by stating: "It is a great honour to be among the stationers and to visit the province of Taiz and its loyal people, who have stood up against the aggression they had intended to occupy Taiz, but the cohesion of the freemen, along with the stationers, disappointed the aggressors hopes and suffered them enormous losses."
