Hodeida (Saba) - The Specialized Criminal Appeal Division in Hodeida governorate began its first session in the case of the murder of Judge Hamid Ali Ahmed Al-Harazi, President of the Salafist Court in Rima Governorate.In the session, headed by the head of the division, Judge Fawaz Al-Maqtari, in the presence of the head of the Specialized Criminal Prosecution, Judge Ahmed Al-Shami, the blood relatives and their lawyers, the initial ruling was read against the appellant Saleh Mohammed Ali Mohsen Al-Ajri, which ruled to convict him of the crime of murder, and to punish him with the death penalty in retaliation and ta'zir for the victim, Judge Al-Harazi.Source: Yemen News Agency
