Tripoli: The Chief of the General Staff of the Libyan Army, Lieutenant General Salah al-Din al-Namroush, met with the chiefs of staff of various branches, the Director of the Training Department, and commanders of training divisions within specialized branches to discuss enhancements to the military training system and efforts to improve the efficiency of military personnel.
According to Libyan News Agency, the General Staff's Media Office reported that the meeting covered several topics related to training both domestically and internationally. Discussions included methods for qualifying officers and non-commissioned officers, as well as career paths for officer promotions based on modern professional standards.
The meeting also focused on activating the role of mobilization schools and specialized centers. Additionally, the participants discussed updating training curricula for adoption by specialized branches, aiming to enhance readiness and elevate military performance levels.
