Audit Bureau Engages International Community on Anti-Corruption Strategy Implementation


Tripoli: The High Committee for Implementing the Strategic Anti-Corruption Plan at the Audit Bureau convened with international community representatives to discuss efforts to enhance integrity, transparency, and support for institutional reform. The meeting, held at the Bureau’s headquarters in Tripoli and presided over by Chairman Khaled Shakshak, focused on reviewing the progress of the National Anti-Corruption Strategy.



According to Libyan News Agency, the discussions centered on key indicators and achievements, as well as identifying priorities, practical approaches, and proposed work plans for 2026. These initiatives are designed to bolster integrity, transparency, and institutional reform.



Facilitated by the Dutch Embassy in Libya, the meeting underscored the importance of continued coordination with international partners. The representatives from the international community were acknowledged for their support of Libya’s anti-corruption efforts, promotion of good governance, and institution-building initiatives.



The gathering signifies a commitment to unifying both national and international efforts, aiming to establish the rule of law and reinforce values of transparency and accountability.
